About Daniel

Daniel M. Hilty became a full time Realtor as an Broker Associate in 1994 and has been practicing real estate full time ever since. Daniel keeps pace with the ever changing Real Estate Market and uses the latest tools to stay in the forefront. The ever changing Real Estate Market has under gone many changes since 1994 and it is critical to utilize an agent that will look out after your interests in this ever changing market. Even moreso today than at any other time. I asist both Sellers and Buyers in this ever changing market and do so with dignity, respect and compassion regardless of their situation. There is no Real Estate transaction that is too big or small to achieve a successful outcome. 

In the mid 1990's be became a Non-Qualifying Assumption Expert and assisted many clients to let their FHA Non-qualifying Mortgages to be assumed verses facing foreclosure. In the early 2000's, Daniel completed his first Short Sale transaction well before it became a trend approximately 2008 and even earlier. He became an expert in the Short Sales and assisted many Sellers from facing foreclosure in the process. While the Real Estate Industry was first learning about Short Sales, Daniel had a vast experience in the process and was able to complete approximately 95% succesful Short Sales. Many Licensed Realtors requested Daniel's assistance to asist with their own clients or turned their clients over to Daniel to complete the Short Sale process. There was one Short Sale transcation that Daniel was able to complete in 1 week. The Seller was in desperation and contacted me after his agent was unable to get the property sold. He referred his client to me to complete the Short Sale. I would like to share my clients testimonial from that experience:
