About Paul

Paul Wineinger launched his real estate career in 2012 while pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications at the University of Colorado at Denver. Starting as a part-time Administrative Assistant at Equity Colorado Real Estate, his passion for people, sales, and system development quickly set him apart. His contributions played a pivotal role in the company’s ascent to becoming one of Denver’s Top 10 Real Estate Brokerages.

After obtaining his Real Estate License in 2014, Paul continued to grow within the company, moving from Administrative Assistant, to Office Manager, to Managing Broker. In these roles, he implemented essential systems, provided high-level support to Agents, and helped oversee daily operations, all while fostering a strong commitment to customer care. His leadership, operational expertise, and comprehensive understanding of real estate contracts and practices paved the way for his promotion to Employing Broker in early 2024.

With over a decade of experience, Paul leads Equity Colorado Real Estate with a steadfast commitment to exceptional customer care. He develops and implements systems and strategies that empower agents to thrive and consistently deliver outstanding client experiences. Paul is deeply dedicated to fostering continuous growth and cultivating long-term relationships, ensuring the ongoing success of the brokerage, its agents, and their clients.

Outside of work, Paul values spending quality time and traveling with his wife, son, daughter, and pets. He has a deep passion for the arts, immersing himself in music, film, and all forms of artistic expression. Staying active is also a key part of his life, with a love for skateboarding, snowboarding, and mountain biking.
